Individuals who remained undercover and behind the scenes shaped Southwest. Each unique person helped to create a spirited atmosphere. The electricity that is generated on the football field and in the gymnasium has carried its way into all facets of Southwest. Our potential will carry us for in sports, academics and hopefully, in life. 1. Late comers and absentees lineup to tell their stories to the attendant. 2. Mr. Jaime Mercado is a resourse teacher and an administrative trainee. Through his knowledge, experience and friendly manner he has become a vital part of Raider Life. 3. Head Gardener Hal Norris has driven himself and his tractor into an unexpected mudhole. The only problem now is how is he going to get out? 4. Glen Del Carmen poses nonchalauntly by some photograph equipment. Glen deserves many thanks and high praise for his work as the ONLY Scimitar photogra- pher during its first year of production.
