ln an age of uncertainty when education is subject to criticism on all fronts, Southwest stands as a monu- ment to learning. Through the years she has proved her worth as an educational institution. Of the thous- ands of secondary schools in the United States, South- west ranks among the leadersg and her reputation commands a respect for her graduates throughout the country. This Southwest tradition should he a real source of pride to all of us who are privileged to participate in her educational program. Each of us is a part of this great tradition, and it is our responsibility to see it continued. Robert F. Bibens Vice-Principal 9
