HASEK The alert Parent-Teachers Association meets at the school on the third Tuesday of each month. Its activities are directed to- ward co-ordinating the home with the school. In addition to the business meeting and program, a parent-education class is held for the discussion of family problems relating to adolescence. Some of the contributions of this active group during the past year are: Lectern for the stage. Uniforms for the drum majorettes. Postage for open house notices each semester. Observation of National Teachers Day. Fund for the aid of needy students. Information of legislative measures bene- ficial to the schools. Observation of Memorial Day. However, all is not work for this group. The organization provides an opportunity for members to make new friends and meet the parents of their chi1dren's friends. S0 come on all you range riders who Want to ride herd on your children under the P. T. A. brand and pay your buck at their next monthly branding.
