Armed with prestige, power and pad- dle, VICE-PRINCIPAL, COL. A, D. HALL, was responsible for the smooth operation of the high school and its parti- cipating principals. Teachers and students found an inter- ested, appreciative listener in the office of the Vice-Principal. His spirit of coopera- tion was contagious, and the school op- erated on an efficient, well organized basis.
