A word of advice, a thoughtful decision, a question answered with care -- Col. Ha1l's influence is felt in all parts of our school life. The organization is affiliated with the Texas State Teachers' Association and the Na- tional Education Association. The organization has as its purpose the promotion of the progress of education in the state of Texas. The association helps keep the teachers informed concerning legislation, professional standing, teacher tenure, certification, graduate study and improvement in public relations.
