Nancy Veach Morning the sun shines and earth glistens with life time stands still, but seagulls fly over blue waters toward that place fsomewhere in timej where water and sky and life and light meet and become one Amy Lussier 181 7 c Sleep, then overcame me. Slowly it filled every thought I'd found it trickled dowm on me and pulled my eyelids down. My bed slowly started turning and rocking toward my mind. And where she kept her spot most of the time was behind that paper sign with SAVINGS and LOANS advertised. But sleeping behind savings and loans got her a beating to death instead of saving her anything. Suddenly -e Silver splits the restless sky. A rumble drifts in from the west to join the soft patter of unseen droplets Mother Nature promptly divides into two opposing forces for the battle.
