The band and corps start practice almost immediately after school is out to work on the Following years' performances. The cheerleaders work all summer painting signs and getting their cheers together For the games- four months later. If you play baseball, you'll need to join .1 summer league that go on during the summer - however the most important work is done by Student Council. They work all summer on money-making projects and thinking up new ideas forthe upcoming year.

Q in .JQQQ '1 A i H' Hx Boy, school is a real pain! Yea man, I know what you mean. I have to get up at 7:00 in the morning just to warm up the car. But you know, I've been doing some research for a project on the history of education. Two- hundred years ago, kids our age had to get up at dawn just to do their chores. On top of that, they didn't even have radios, televisions, or stereos. Could you imagine trying to study without music? My dad is always telling me not to complain about riding the bus and he brings up that moldy oldy story about walking five miles to school everyday. If he really wants to make me feel bad, he sticks in the little fact that he didn't even have a car until he graduated from college. My parents tell the same tear-jerkers at our dinner table, too.
