Bev Harris F all semester found the Natural Science and Mathematics Division with one new in- structor, Dr. Barger, who instructs chemistry. One new course, Biology 384 CAnimal His- tologyj,was added to the sciencedepartment, and some major equipment additions were made. A microtome valued at 351000 and a large aquarium valued at 3200 were added to the Biology lab. The microtome is a del- icate instrument used for slicing 1 to 50 micron thickness sections of org anic material for microscopic slides. Social Science The Social Science Division was enlarged this year with the addition of two new in- structors, Mr. Wright and Mr. Rouk, who both teach business courses. Dr. Polk re- turned to the Psychology department from one year of service as visiting instructor of Psychology at Pennsylvania State University. Dr. Gallatin also returned this year from a leave of absense which he spent at Kansas University working toward his Ph.D. in His- tory. The one new course added in this di- vision is experimental psychology which is high lighted with approximately 3500 worth of equipment.
