Steve described the council as a coordinating organi- zation for Southside clubs, and a link between students and faculty. Qualifications for president of Student Council? It takes a person with a lot of patience and perse- verance, one who is willing to spend a great deal of time and effort to coordinate people and efforts to the maxi- mum effect.
