The ,77 girls team finished the season un- defeated in match play and tied for third in the state tournament. The boys' team man- aged to qualify two players for state com- petition. T o m Garrison, Larry Lowery, Trey Rogers and Mark T. Baker were the only returning lettermen to the Southside golf team this spring. According to Coach Norris Byers, about 30 students tried out for the team.
