Former Reb star Jim Files, now of the New York Giants, speaks to FCA members about religion and sports. Two different sides of the athletic program could be seen through the activities of the Letterman's Club 1 and the Fellowship of Christian Athletes this year. In February, the Lettermen om sports warfare took time out from their sports warfare to i sponsor the annual basketball homecomin dance which featured the music of St. Peter's Road Show. On a more serious vote, members of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes gave up workout periods to hear guest speakers such as former Reb star Jim Files ofthe New York Giants. who told of his religious experiences. Sponsoring the Letterman's Club this year was Coach Jim Rowland, while lVlr. Jim Grigsby served as adult organizer for the FCA huddle group.
