Nineteen new members, the highest number ever to achieve this honor, vvere added to Ouill and Scroll this year. Members were chosen for outstanding contributions in nineteen . . . the various phases of publications, such as work on the Southerner, the Rebel, the literary magazine, and the photography staff. Requirements for membership are set by the International Honor Society for High School Journalists.
