Counselors Advise Though the guidance department did not supervise any particular part of our curriculum, it was very important to us throughout the year. Among the many duties of this depart- ment were arranging class schedules, offering advice to students with personal problems, and helping seniors to choose a college. Learning the needs of future housewives, many girls took such courses as foods, hygiene and nursing, child guidance, and marriage and family relations.
