The Senior Council is a repre- senlalive group of seniors whose purpose is To guide lhe class and To keep ir well organized. I+ con- sisls of lhe officers of lhe Senior Class and one eleclecl represenl- alive from each senior homeroom. One ot the most important activities at Southside l-ligh School is its very active Stu- dent Council. Each l-lomeroom elects a rep- resentative to voice views at a weekly meet- ing. Recent accomplishments ot the Stu- dent Council have been the revision on its constitution, distribution ot monthly calendars, adoption of a design for the school tlag, and purchase ot twirlers uniforms. Through our Student Council the school has grown to be a better place in which to work. Represen- tation in organizations such as the Student Council promotes better relations between the students and the faculty.
