Mme 'Wx June 1947--and oh, so soon! Why it seems but yesterday that we en- tered this seemingly unfriendly building as frightened, fearful fresh- men. Yes, just yesterday, but today has eome and swiftly so. Soon we shall take leave of you, but when we do, we'll carry with us endeared, ever-to-be-cherished memories- memories of four fun-packed, work-packed, joy-packed years, of four momentous years which can never be relived and yet never lost. The towering achievements of the Class of ,47 have been made possible largely through the efforts of two very wonderful people--Mrs. Shays, known better to most of us as Carmody, and Mr. Lantz.
