Three were in the Glee Club, two in the Drum-Bugle corps, one in the Orchestra. Bob Heitert, winner ot the Knights of Columbus oratory contest, is a member of this class. Another ot those rare treasures, a class paper, is published here also Student Prints. ln athletics, 3A's record is impressive. The champion- ship ot the junior division in basketball roosts proudly in room 205. Bepresentatives ot the class played on the varsity basketball, football, and soccer squads, and on the junior varsity baseball and basketball teams. High Honor Students: Colligon, Kofron, Stanley. Though Iunior B has its eleven honor students and its share ol representatives in activities, it is particularly distinctive because it was the birthplace of an ideaf -the class library. ln activities, the class was represented in the Glee Club by two members, in the Orchestra and Spelling Team by one each. Ed Schaefer and Bob Connors won honors in oratory. Schaefer was 3B's only representative in the boxing tournament. Four players on the varsity baseball team and one each on the varsity basketball, football, and soccer squads make this class a leader in sports.
