The talent show, with the theme Hollywood Comes to a Mountain Resort, revealed the assorted talents of Southportites. As may be seen in the above pictures, the show contained acrobats, singers, and soft-shoe dancers. Annually, in the Spring, the Home Economics Department presents a Style Show for the girls in school. Modeling their dresses are Doris Hernly, Jacqueline Day, Molly Millis, Barbara Dyke, Sally Steffey, Donna Harness, Betty Burch, Connie Davis and Phyllis Blackwell.

Fi. Dancing to the strains of the Collegiates was a lovely way to start the Christmas season The student council, sponsor of the annual affair, presented each girl with a Christmas corsage 'Tut az little fun in y0u1'lQfe-- try 01617161.12 Arthur Murray ln spring at Southport a student's thoughts lightly turn to thoughts of the May Dance.
