Mathamatics and Guidance Central Normal B.A. Cicero High School I-Iere are the pictures and degrees of the teachers in our school. XNords are not available to express the capabilities of our faculty. Southport has been blessed with teachers who have a wealth of experi- ence and a world of understanding. The seniors of 19-H want to express their gratitude for four years of wonderful experience and learning under the superb guidance of these teachers. A few changes have taken place during the four years, but the vacancies have been satisfactorily filled. A little more than two and one-half years of our stay in high school has been marred by a terrible war. Members of our class have entered the armed service, but they have gone with a will, and this is due in part to the invaluable leadership of our faculty. Our classmates and alumni and others in service have found fellowship through cor- respondence with these splendid persons with whom we have worked and talked daily. just as the pictures and degrees tell little about this fine group, so do these words fail to justify the pride of the class of 1944 in our faculty. Our affection and respect for our teachers and principal can- not be told in symbols inked on a page, but are etched in our grateful hearts.
