Class Resume of Class Activities The class of 61, with Mr. Staiger and Mr. Presby as advisors, began the year with the election of their class officers who led them through an active and successful program of activities. Loretta Foster was chosen President; Stuart Wood, Vice-President; Marjorie Poliwoda. Secretary; and Eileen Mahoney, Treasurer. This has been a busy year for the juniors. In January they received their class rings. They are the first class to have the standard school rings. “Moonlight Mist” was the romantic theme of the Junior Prom. Decorations were in white and varied shades of blue; the Aces provided the music. After much debate, the senior play, a comedy-mystery, was selected. In mid-summer, the class of ’61 will begin their magazine campaign. We wish them luck in the best of high school years. 28
