TUDENT COU CIL The purposes of the Student Council are to act as an advisory group to aid in solving problems of the student body and to supervise student activities. Some of these purposes were carried out in the standing committees on tardiness, lost and found, auditorium, and scrapbook. Members of an assembly committee helped to set up the assembly schedule for the year. The books of the various clubs were audited during the year by another special committee. One main project of the council was to build up more school spirit. Two council members were also members of the board for the Friday night youth center. In the spring our council was represented at a meeting of the Western Central Pennsylvania Association of Student Councils. . ,.-,., x I L...
