Daddona KEN r Lg' -r ., , .. , .- 0 r ., K- W Are We having fun yet? OWDY! Seniors always were an extremely rowdy bunch. Most of this rowdiness had to be contained in the classroom and re- placed by quietness. However, the cafe was about the only place where the seniors could let off all the pressures of their rigorous study and work schedules. ln the cafe, a rowdy, easy-going attitude was more the rule than the exception. Shown above, Doug Kolpak and friends displayed their carefree, fun-loving dispositions during their lunch period. By the number of books on the table, it was observed that they obviously had a lot of steam to let off, as did many seniors this year. The rowdiness was displayed by all various classes, but the seniors exhibited the best example of it. The probable cause for this was that they all had a much more severe and crazy schedule than did the underclassmen. --f f -'--- -e qs-ve.-f-ew---f,,Tsf-F-f-e:':1p1f,gr-'-1':::::f-1 1 A ff' ,J lf' ln..-W.. ...wwf -Y -W.-.s-Ve-f--ff-e---f - ,' sw-T-M---f:1n f'f ' 'recipef':ip1swr sam- ,, W,

Southington with a good base, and many SHS students gathered at the slopes. The area offered skiing for all levels with its wide variety of hills and trails. For the inexperienced, there was Hill One, a gentle slope. The high school skiers would always remember the first trips to Mt. Southington and the endless hours spent on this hill. For a bigger challenge, a dozen other trails provided enjoyment. The trails ranged from easy to most difficult, depending on the skiers' accomplishments. Some preferred cruising down one hill, while others liked to race or jump. Mt. Southington was versatile and had something for everyone including private or group lessons, a race team or just rental equipment for those beginners who wanted to invest incrutches instead of skis. , ,Q fm 4 gg 4' f J Tom J.
