I hear its mournful murmurs, and its cries of gross despair, It seeks incessant, coast to coast, searching everywhere. The country begs for help, her burdens, see them swell? She pleads for youthful toil to guard the freedom bell. We of Southington High Schol, the class of '5 5, Take honor as our by-law, our creed is victory, Green and silver our colors, knowledge is our goal, We will not fear the future, God guides our valiant fold.
