Amid the yells, noise, excitement, and vibrating pom-poms, the Cheerleaders may be seen in early fall on the football field, patio, or in the gymnasium. With their yelling, clapping, cartwheeling and moving to rhythm — who needs new legs? These lively girls, headed by all conference Nancy Kornegay, added color and enthusiasm to Southern Wayne sports.
