It is made up of a president and a vice president elected by the student body, the secretary elected from and by the council, the Social Dean, and the elected presidents of the classes, halls, houses, YWCA, Athenians, Cornelians, and Hop Committee. This representative group links the student body and the adminis- tration. It accepts recommendations from the classes and from individual students, and from these recommendations carries out the program it deems best for the school as a whole. MISS LUCILLE GARRETT .......
