ADMINISTRATION Vice President's Message Man's most peculiar and precious characteristics are his ability to think and to feel. Were this not so, there would be no quality to his living, he would be akin to a vegetable or an inanimate object. Because of a man's ability to think and feel, the college year- book becomes a treasure of memories. There is no wonder that as the years go by, the memories brought forth by these pages will assume increasing importance. Things that now seem dis- tasteful, dull, and boring, will later become price- less memories. Time in the library, written assign- ments, classroom discussions, laboratory work, walks to the Burger Hut and Jaguar Grill, these and a multiplicity of other memories will make this yearbook, for you, a book of all books. May the engendered inspiration of this yearbook sustain us in all the years to come. For us, a great thinking people, a deeply feeling people, a soulful and determined people, this is our heritage.
