Wills Gamma Sigma Sigma National Service Sorority was founded in New York, in 1952. Alpha Delta Chapter was established on Southern Universityhs campus in March, 1959. Its motto is ttFriendship, Service, and Equality? The purpose of Gamma Sigma Sigma is to assemble college and university women in the spirit of service to humanity. Since Gamma Sigma Sigma is based on service, it is the policy of the sorority to embrace members of all races and creeds, provided that they fulfill the requirements of the national sorority and the chapter.
