BA KETBALL TEAM The Southern Pilgrim College basketball team has made good headway toward achieving its goals of sportsmanship and Christian atti- tude. The Trojan's motto this year has been to play hard, clean ball, to be good sports on and off the basketball court, and to keep spirits I high and continue fighting to the last minute of I every game, whether winning by 10 points or l losing by 10 points. 65

SECOND ROW: Greg Kennedy, Charles Massey, Bob Nelson, Dennis Smith, David Kipfinger, Bob Bullard, DeVon Ruth, Cap- tain. THIRD ROW: Floyd Hinshaw, Larry Miller, Leonard Towery, Mike Whitley, Bud Clinard, David Surrett, Joel Tysinger. In 1964 the Southern Pilgrim College foot- ball team showed fine ability and sportsman- ship during the practices and game. Although the boys played only one game, which they won readily with a 46 to 6 score, they worked hard as a team and are to be commended for their fine effort.
