Dr. Vemon Snowliarger, has a position which is vital to the welfare of the student life. Dr. Snowharger spends much ot his time in personal counseling, trying to help stucleuts tincl solutions to their particular problems. lt is this oiiice that issues cliseipliuary measures, reeorrls class and chapel cuts, registers student ears, permits students to stay out late on occasions, issues permits tor students to go home, and supervises many other important activities. Harold Ripper. Ile has proven himself to be a very capable administrator who takes a personal interest in each student. Before entering the held of education, Dr. Ripper served many years as a pastor in the Church of the Nazarene.
