The founders determined that a Christian philosophy of life should guide teachers and students in their pursuit of truth in every field of knowledge. Today this original objective remains unchanged. lt is ' ' ' f N arenes today, as it was the the obrective of our generation o az founders' then. Our primary goal in this ARROVV, as in the college at large, is to show the world the beauty of holiness. Holiness is a life lived by faith. For the yearbook we have chosen the theme of faith because we were saved by faith, we were sanctified by faith, and by faith we live each day. Our faith is in Cod, certain and fixed. True our faith must be tested and demonstratedg without perseverance in the face of obstacles our holiness leaders could not have founded Bethany- Peniel College, and without demonstrating similar faith our generation cannot carry on and further expand the work of Cod to meet the faith will needs of today. some day be rewarded. At the first staff meeting of the year it was e would rather write in this Foreword that all the staff of the ARROW are saved and sanctified than to have a book of literary and artistic perfection. We pray that through the grace and love of Cod we can report with shouts of praise as this book comes off the press that we all have the experience of holiness of heart. We do not limit our ra ers to fellow-staff members. We want every student to know . d. But tested and demonstrated now, our d cided that we P Y that our personal prayer is that we shall meet in Heaven every in 1- ' ' ARROVV. vidual whose picture appears in the Colden Anniversary For any measure of success we we as a staff give God the credit and glory.
