Mrs. Tillman is in charge of checking important correspondence and forwarding it to the proper offices. She also handles details for official functions such as the luncheon for Bob Hope. lioliert Xl. Trent has served as Director of Libraries for seventeen years. He has charge of four libraries. which contain ti total of 870.000 volumes. He and his staff are now formulating plans to remodel Fondren Library and huild an addition to the present facilities. As Executive Director of the Alumni Association, Pierce Allman is the link between the University and 33,000 alumni in the United States and 60 foreign countries. Mr. Allman travels to over fifty alumni associations each year to maintain communication between the University and former graduates. Mr. Allman and his staff play a vital part in recruiting outstanding high school students, coordi- nating arrangements for Homecoming, and supporting student activities through the donation of trophies for Sing-Song, Homecoming, and Manada.
