Sonya is sole owner of the best volley ball serve in the senior class andis a guard who is hard to shake during those squad basketball scrimmages. Although she is very good at sports, Sonya also enjoys sewing which she does in her spare time. A faithful mem- ber of the Nurses Club, Sonya's goal is to become a registered nurse. ix' 75 DALTON LYNFORD RUMFIELD General Industrial Leave it to Dalton to find the best way to waste an hour of school. Dalton is a man who likes the great outdoors, for he likes to go hunting and fishing. He is a very good shot witha rifle, we hear. He is a great Ford enthusiast, and can give you a long convincing argument on this subject. Although Dalton's future is hazy, you will probably find him in Uncle Sam's Air Force. 1 Q BARBARA ANN ROWE Secretarial Duck! is the cry heard by fellow archers when Barb shoots her arrows on the practice range. This sharp shooter is also a winner of shorthand and bookkeeping certi- ficates. Her bubbling personality and charm enable her to make many friends. Barb's hobbies include listening to popular records, eating, and can this gal cut a rug ! As for her future plans, Barbara is considering going to I.B.M. school to further her knowledge in the use of business machines. 54

DANIEL A. ROBERTS General Industrial Ever wonder what makes a clock tick? Ask Dan, a mechanical- minded senior. He likes to take things apart and put them back to- gether--without having embarrass- ing extra parts lying around! Dan also has interests in the fields of aviation and archery. What an ace with a bow this lad is! Although Dan has no definite plans for the future, his ability and interest in mechanics will assure him a place in that field. -A X os K' .f E 'az- PATRICIA ANN CARLA ROCCO Clerical Pat is the perfect picture of innocence, until a closer look re- veals tiny horns holding up her halo. Despite her devilish bent, she's a girl who finishes a job and does it right. She'searneda reputation for enthusiasm. Riding around in her dad'sMercury gives her something to do when things are slow, as if a senior'slife is ever slow! Teasing is her favorite sport. Pat's sights are set on Bethlehem Business School, and then . . . ! 1. bs , Gil X Alf. df. fr - t ,xg .gli ' 'H 53 A-1 in DANIEL GEORGE ROHRBACH General Industrial Eyes light up and mouths water when Dan walks by carrying a tray of delicious cream puffs made from a secret, old family recipe. Dan learned to cook in Solehi's own kit- chens when he was a charter mem- ber of the boys' cooking club. Hunt- ing in fall, fishing in spring, golfing in summer, wrestling in winter, and working on cars the rest of the time keep Dan busy. Dan's keeping us in suspense regarding his future plans.

RUSSELL RICHARD SAMES, JR. Clerical Jokes, fun, and laughter .... That's Russ Sames. He has been an active member of the Soccer team and has won Varsity letters because of this. He has also played on the basketball team for two years. Russ, in his spare time, enjoys scouting activities, such as hiking and camping. His post-graduation plan is to enter the Air Force, in which, through much hard work and a lot of luck, he hopes to attain the position of mechanic. fm 11 . PATRICIA ANN SCHIN Liberal Academic Whenever you hear the cheer- leading squad, you can be certain that Pat is there urging the Spartans to victory. Pat is in many key ac- tivities in school. She's on the yearbook staff, co-editor, in fact, and Honor Society. She' s also ready for a roaring class discussion on anything at anytime. A slow smile and common sense are her trade- marks. Pat has made no definite plans for the future, yet! Q 1 55 rw 'O DAVID URIEL SCHMELTZLE Liberal Academic Dave seldom speaks more than is absolutely necessary, but when he does choose to open his mouth, it is usually profitable to listen. He will never let a friend down, and is a good guy to have along on any type of venture. Dave was our Senior co-captain of the soccer team. He enjoys all sports and is proficient in many. Dave may en- list in the Army after graduation, but he is not certain.
