Quite obviously, that' s a p e r fe ct description of Buffie . As a Solehi cheerleader she generates enthusiasm at basket- ball games where she cheers the Sp a r ta n s to victory. Business College--probably Pierce in Phila- delphia--or I.B.M. school, appear in her future. When she's not driving her father's car, raiding the re- frigerator, or watching T.V., you can bet Buffie is somewhere near atypewriter. She receivedanaward as Best Typistin the schoolin 1959. JOSE PH PAUL NORWILLO General Industrial Joe, the clown of print shop, is a very jovial fellow. He isavery tacit kid in class because most of the time he's sleeping. After school Joe has a part time job working at Krupp's Atlantic Service Station, located near Friedensville. You can find him pumping gas, greasing cars, or just resting his eyes. WILLIAM ROBERT MONTZ General Industrial Shorty is the 4'5 terror of the general industrial section. Bob is a quiet guy who takes alot of kid- ing because of his shortness. He is very quiet but is always around when a joke is being told. Besides working at the Ace Drive -in Theater, he enjoys making things in his spare time. After graduation Bob plans to secure a job as a gas station atten- dant. 435- l- SUZANNE ELLEN MOYER Liberal Academic Sue doesn't talk very much in class, but when she does raise her hand, what she's got to say will be a well- thought- out idea. She's sincere and frank, tactful and win- some. She will work ata given task until she's mastered it, even if it's only the correct pronunciation of a French verb. Speaking of French, Sue would like to teach either that language or another foreign one, English, someday. '51 49 fs ffl 1'- DALE RUSSEL NEAS Liberal Academic Dale -- a born leader! The part of the principal in the Senior Class play served only to mirror Dale's many executive abilities. Honor student, taking part in every- thing, supporting his school, Dale manages to come out on top. Des- pite his ability in most sports, Dale' s outstanding characteristic is the fact that he will try anything and will almost always succeed.

It was probably Carolee heading for her next class. Among her other interests, this pert little miss pos- sesses a green thumb for growing flowers. Her ambition is to some day brighten a flower shop or to be a secretary. 'ST . . DAVID LOWMAN OHMART Acade mi c Dave landed in our midst right at the beginning of a hectic Junior year and has kept classes in an up- roar ever since. He's a real live- wire with a knack for getting into all kinds of trouble. Highly ex- citable, intelligent, and energetic, he intends to continue his education in college. Dave is manager of the baseball team and a member of the soccer squad. Although he likes school, French is his Water1oo. 'f-5 xx' ..v V if l 'try Vt? RAY JAMES PFEIFFER Academic Ray, the fellow whose person- ality far surpasses his towering physical height, can often be heard uttering the now famous words, Why not? Being a firm believer in school spirit, Ray not only sup- ports all school activities Dut also participates in everything from band to basketball. However, basketball comprises most of his spare time. Ray, who is hoping to receive abas- ketball scholarship, wishes to attend Muhlenberg College after gradua- tion from Solehi.
