Dramatics Practice makes perfect. The purpose of Southern’s Dramatics Club is to give its members a chance to exercise their dramatic skills. The participants obtain experience and self-confidence through acting, The stimulation of students in drama is another aim of the Dramatics Club. Mrs. Redding advises the Dramatics Club. Inaugural Parade The Southern High School Band consists Veteran’s Day Parade in Greensboro and of students from all four grade levels were privileged as being the only area with musical talent. Before Christmas band to play at the Governor’s Inaugur- the Confederates marched in several ation in Raleigh. Mr. Rhodes, Director. local parades.
