The club is one of three in North Carolina. It is composed of girls with an 85 average in at least four business courses. Future Secretaries help to interest others in secretarial work. Distributive Education The D. E. Club is made up of students enrolled in distributive education. The main purpose of the club was to encourage the leadership and in itiative which brought promotion, maximum production, and job satisfaction. An award is given each year to the D. E. student having the proper qualifications of attitude, helpfulness, attendance, punctuality, honesty, interest in work, and acceptable grades.
