Editorial Staff Tired fingers pressing typewriter keys, copy in ff gg these are familiar to the members of the editorial staff. Producing a yearbook requires long hours of con- scientious, patient, and co-operative work. However, the staff finds that the satisfaction of working with the Southerner more than compensates for our efforts. With the willing assistance of our advisor, Miss Eliza- beth Clay, we have been able to produce an accurate and vivid account of Southern High School for its stu- dents today and in the years to come. 70
