WATKINS We, the graduating class of 1987, would like to dedicate the 1987 “Chieftain” to Mr. Henry T. Watkins for all the assistance he has given us during our high school years. Mr. Watkins graduated from California State University with a B.S. in Secondary Communications. His advanced studies include specialization in writing at CSU and credits earned in organizational communications at Shippensburg University.
