Mr. Kemerer for photogra- phy, Danny White for photography. Lisa Mooneyham for cover design and artwork, and Mr. Hollis, our financial ad- visor. 2 DEDICATION The class of 1982 deems it a privilege to dedicate our yearbook to Mr. John F. Hollis. Since coming to our school in 1979. Mr. Hollis has become the magazine drive chairman and the yearbook financial advisor. Without his encouragement, we would not have been as successful in our efforts to raise money for the prom or this yearbook. Before coming to our school to teach, Mr Hollis worked at various jobs ranging from teaching inmates at the Florida State Prison to selling insurance to working at the Florida State Hospital. Mr. Hollis says he enjoys teaching, and we enjoy having him for a teacher. ADMINISTRATION SUPERINTENDENT Franklyn I Geist. Sr BS. MEd. Bloomsburg State College; Penn State University. Adam Clark Student Council kicked off its fairly active year by sponsoring a very successful Slave Day. With the money earned from that, we got a movie for the Thanksgiving vacation. Kevin Scott from WIKZ was the d.j. for the D.J Dance on December 5. Our first Gong Show was held on December 23. During the boys' basketball season, we sponsored a Hairy Legs Contest with the proceeds going to the March of Dimes. Senior David Gordon was voted the winner. There were a lot of weird looking people (more than usual) walking around on Hobo Day. Anyone with a crazy hat got their chance to wear it on Hat Day. In April, representatives from Student Council attended the annual Student Council Convention in Glen Rock. PA We also sponsored the first Field Day held at our school in quite a while. All in all. we had a pretty busy year. Library Assistants SEATED: Sharon Smith. Connie Souders. Teresa Shives. Scott Sigel. Ltsa Heidler Debbie Fischer. Pandy Barnck STANDING: Denise Smith.
