Peppers” were some of the songs the Pommerettes danced to during halftime and at Pep assemblies. The Pommerettes had a hard time getting settled, for some girls moved and try outs had to be held again in the fall, after the girls had attended camp. In January, we again lost a member, George Lowery who had been performing with us all season. This left the number of girls to seven. The cheerleaders money-making projects this year included selling t-shirts. The Junior High Cheerleaders were full of spirit this year. The squad consisted of seventh and eighth grade girls. They were: Lisa Forbis, Kathy Ennis, Lisa Arnold, Annette Sapp, Leslie Arnold, Dawn Brunk (pictured Middle Left) The girls practiced long and hard to give their teams the backing they deserved.
