Washington has really been keeping him busy. MARILYN HESSE has just been voted in as the first female player on the Globetrotters' Basketball Team. BETTY LAMMERS is still trying to crowd her many children into that one little pickup truck. ELAINE LEWIS is now a physical education teacher at the dear old high school. BOBBIE LITTLE has just returned from New York where she has been a top fashion model for the Don Loper creations. BILLY LUECKE is the proud owner of the drive-in theater in Ashland. RONNEY MANNS has just been voted the most eligible bachelor of the year. KATHERINE MURPHY is now the busy mother of Qu'nn-triplats. HAROLD NICHOLS is still in the Legion Hall trying to teach Emma how to square dance. JUNIOR NICHOLS has just got the part of Rip Van Winkle in the new movie production. He got a lot of experience during school hours. ROBERTA NISTENDIRK is now the most highly paid commerce teacher in the state. She is employed by the Ashland High School. DON PERKINS is now the head make-up man at M.G.M. Studios in Hollywood. JOE RICE is the most popular forest ranger in the state of Washington. He doesn't even need a lookout tower. LARRY RICE has just taken over the Shell Oil Company and Janice, too. BiLL RICHARDSON is the pnysics teacher on the TV physics program. ROMETTA RICHARDSON is now replacing Maureen O'Hara in the movies, because Rometta has a truer color of red hair. BOBBIE SAPP has just organized his own company - The Sapp Oldsmobile Corporation. LONNIE SAPP has finally got his truck out of the ditch, but we think he is going to sell it to pay for the expense of pulling it out. EMMA SCHNIEOER is still down at the ole Legion Hall with Harold trying to learn how to square dance. BUFORD SCRUGGS has just broken the world's record as the fastest shorthand writer at 350 words a minute. TERRY TAYLOR and Lenora are now the assistant professors at the Kirksville College. JAMES WILSON is now coach of the basketball team at Ashland - girls' team, that is. ANDREW WINNECKE is one of the most prosperous farmers in Missouri and is still making weekly trips to Jefferson City. 24

LONNIE SAPP wills his love for Barbara to no one. He has decided to make a career out of it. EMMA SCHNIEDER wills her high-pitched giggle to Betty Mabrey. BUFORD SCRUGGS would will his bowling ability to someone, but he’s not so sure of it himself. TERRY TAYLOR wills his ability to charm the freshman girls to the next set of senior boys. JAMES WILSON wills his basketball suit to anyone who can do as good a job as he has done. ANDREW WINNECKE wills his love for hot Chevrolets to Lamonte Calvin. Prophecy VAN ANDERSON isn’t getting haircuts quite as often now. He has to take off from farming instead of English classes to do so now. GERALD ANDERTON is now telling the little Andertons if they will eat spinach, they will grow up to have a fine physique like their father. DONNA ASH LOCK and Vernon are now raising little Wests in their little West-nest. JIM BENNETT now owns a fine lot of trucks with ditch-repellant tires. LOUISE BOCKHORST is now running an efficient Cramer household with one husband, four children, a half dozen dogs, and one well-run 1939 Chevrolet. DEANNA BUESCHER, now Mrs. Sapp, is getting up at 4 a.m. to milk the cows. She usually was just getting in at that time. CHARLES CANTRELL is now the top salesman at the Buick Corporation selling the Super-super Buick. BOBBIE COX is still trying to make up her mind between Marcus, Donnie, and Warren. DENNIS CRAMER is walking again. This time when he took his car apart, he couldn't get it back together again. GLENDA ELLIS is the first lady president of the M.F.A. Company. JOHN FEWINS is the demonstration driver at the Studebaker Corporation. JOHNNY FORSEE and Marilyn are now raising something else besides coon dogs - children. ROSALYN GOETTING and Bob are now in the Oldsmobile and Little Sapp business. 23
