Senior Class History The Seniors of 1960-61 started their goal of a high school education in August, 1957, with forty-one students. The officers of our freshman year were: President, Terry Taylor; Vice President, Joe Rice; Secretary-Treasurer, Roberta Nistendirk; Student Council Representative, Larry Shedd. There were forty-two students our sophomore year. The class officers were: President, Emma Schnieder; Vice President, Glenda Ellis; Secretary-Treasurer, Marilyn Hesse; Student Council Representative, Betty Lammers. Our junior year there were thirty-nine students. That year the class officers were: President, Roberta Nistendirk; Vice President, Glenda Ellis; Secretary-Treasurer, Rosalyn Goetting; Student Council Representative, Jimmie Bennett. The seniorclass officers are: President, Ronney Manns; Vice President, Charles Cantrell; Secretary-Treasurer, Glenda Ellis; Student Council Representatives, Deanna Buescher and Rosalyn Goetting. There are thirty-seven students; thirty-two of which have been here all four years. They are: Donna Ashlock, Louise Bockhorst, Deanna Buescher, Glenda Ellis, Marilyn Hesse, Rosalyn Goetting, Betty Lammers, Elaine Lewis, Katherine Murphy, Roberta Nistendirk, Rometta Richardson, Emma Schnieder, Van Anderson, Gerald Anderton, Charles Cantrell, Jimmie Bennett, Dennis Cramer, Johnny Forsee, Burdette Harmon, Jimmy Harriman, Billy Luecke, Harold Nichols, Junior Nichols, Joe Rice, Larry Rice, Billy Richardson, Lonnie Sapp, Bobby Sapp, Buford Scruggs, Terry Taylor, Andrew Winnecke, and James Wilson. The student body officers for 196G-61 elected in the fall of 1960 were: President, Ronney Manns; Vice President, Rosalyn Goetting; Secretary-Treasurer, Deanna Buescher. We know that we will never forget our pleasant memories of Ashland High School. It is our sincere wish that all the Seniors will find happiness and success in all they do. May we never forget all of our friends we have made here. 1 5
