Each cooperating district is represented on the Board of Directors. This board determines the policies of the school, is responsible for its financial sup- port, and selects the administrative officers of the school. The actual carrying out of policies and the operation of the College is the responsibility of the administrative officers: the President, Dean of Education, and Business Manager. 4
