William Greene The K Club includes women faculty and staff members and the wives of the facul- ty and staff. Koininia is the Greek word for fellowship, and the purpose of this club is to promote fellowship. The K Club proiect for This year was to promote The raising of funds for Tiling the dormitory rooms. The students were given an opportunity to help raise the money by buying The delicious home-made cake which the ladies sold at their Wednesday night bake sales. A white elephant sale in the form of an auction was also held in order to raise more funds, and it proved to be a very en- tertaining event. The club urges individuals and churches to continue to support this proiect.

Student Clubs Clubs at South-Eastern are designed to bring together people of mutual interests and abilities. The club meetings once a month provide time for sharing of ideas and plans. The club meetings provide a time of recreation as well as presenting educational ideas which will be beneficial to the students in their future lives. I 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 IO BIBLE CLUB-The Bible Club is composed of students who have a desire to become better acquainted with the Word of God. The different speakers who are invited to speak to the group make the meetings both interesting and profitable. GREEK CLUB-The purposes of the Greek Club are to increase interest in the language of the New Testament, to help its members develop a better understanding of Greek, and to promote fellowship among the students who are studying Greek. SPANISH CLUB-The Spanish Club is composed of students who are interested in Latin America and in the Spanish language. The club has plans for active ministry to Spanish-speaking people of the Lakeland area. ATHLETIC CLUB-Students who are interested in sports and the promotion of sports at S.E.B.C. have banded together in the Athletic Club. PHOTOGRAPHY CLUB-This club is organized so that the members of the club can share ideas and improve their photographic techniques. SCIENCE CI.UB-The purpose of the Science Club is to study various branches of science which interest the students. Films, lectures, field trips, and experiments help to achieve this purpose. MUSIC CLUB-AThe primary purpose of the Music Club is to give students a deeper appreciation for music. The club helps to promote musical interest. DRAMATICS CLUB-The newly-formed Dramatics Club provides a spiritual slant in the field of dra- matics. The club plans a presentation which will be both interesting and spiritually enlightening. SOUTH-EASTERN NIINISTERIAL ASSOCIATION-This group is composed of students who plan to enter active ministry as pastors or evangelists. The purpose of the club is to learn more about the practical aspects of the ministry. BUSINESS EDUCATION CLUB-This club is composed of students who are enrolled in the business education courses offered at South-Eastern.
