DIRECTOR A Message From The Director Dear Graduate: I would like to take these few short moments to extend to you, the graduates of the Class of 86 . my Congratulations. Your time here at Southeastern Technical Institute has not been an easy task. You came here with little or no knowledge of the profession you selected. Now. here you are. some months later, prepared to put to work the skills and concepts that you have learned. The time and effort you exerted has paid off. The staff and I are proud of you, and we are glad to have shared this part of your life with you. I know that you have benefited from your time spent here at Southeastern Technical Institute. Love Dad Steve TO THE CLASS OF 1986: It is hard to believe that another year has passed so quickly and it is time to prepare for graduation. I have thor- oughly enjoyed this year with the student council members and the student body. Every year I continue to do this job to try and maintain a sense of unity within the Technical Institute. Every year I feel good about the way the stu- dents of this school work together to try and achieve the same goal. The student council members have met every single week since the end of Spetember and we have had alot of fun. They sponsored the X-mas parties, cake sale, soda machine, ski trip, sweatshirts, yearbook, and their weekly reports. There were also outside members of the student body that helped work on the yearbook. Sandra MacLelan is re- sponsible for the grahic arts on the division page of the Activities section. Linda Haggerty and Sandra also did mot of typing for the yearbook. The yearbook is alot of work for the members and we hope that you enjoy the effort.
