Text from Pages 1 - 168 of the 1985 volume:

SOUTHEASTERN REGIONAL 250 FOUNDRY ST. DEDICATION Donald E. Graves This yearbook is dedicated to Donald E. Graves, the Superintendent of the Southeastern Regional School District. He came to Southeastern twenty years ago with an idea and a goal — to build the best vocational- technical school possible. His excellent trade, educational background and administrative skills have made our school what it is today; a vocational high school that has taught its students to succeed in the working world as well as academically. We dedicate this yearbook to you Mr. Graves, to thank you for your dedication in making Southeastern a highly respected school! Four years ago you came to Southeastern from nine dif- ferent communities. You were concerned that first year about what would the four years be like. Time passed quick- ly, but you found new friends and dedicated teachers who gave you an education that developed your talent to live, build and create. Because you have received more from society, you must give more. Whatever your trade, its fulfillment will come on- ly in the satisfaction that you have done it well, that you have done a good job. I congratulate you all with the fervent hope that success and happiness are your constant companions. Robert E. Kondracki Director of the High School ROBERT KONDRACKI Director THOMAS DEVINE Chairman of Southeastern School Committee On behalf of the Southeastern Regional District School Committee I congratulate the class of 1985 for the fine job they have done at Southeastern during the past four years. It is with pride that we look upon our graduates whose strong academic and vocational skills will help them to compete successfully in a challenging world. At this time we would like to express our gratitude to our retiring Superintendent, Donald E. Graves, who has served as the District ' s educational leader since the school ' s incep- tion. It is through his vision and his efforts that our students have had the opportunity to experience Vocational Educa- tion at its best.
