LUCY LEONARD Head of Department DR, FRANCES REV1S Assistant Professor Home economics study at Southeastern not only stresses the traditional arts and crafts of homemaking but also strives to develop students1 ability to make intelligent choices in many areas of daily living The study of nutrition, particularly on the part of future teachers, has continued to gain emphasis in this field of study. Home economics students put their study into practice when they plan and prepare meals for guests and at teas and other social events. Their most ambitious effort in this connection comes each year with the President's Dinner at district OEA meeting.
