In reaching youths, the most effective motivational opportunity in past years has been the an- nual Youth Conference, where young people have had the opportunity to experience college campus life. Wliile here they were challenged to dedicate their lives totally to Christ. Approximately two hundred and fifty young people from up to fifteen states attend Southcastern's Youth Conference annually. About twenty per cent of the current Freshman class is here as a direct result of the witness they received while at Youth Conference. In March of 1967,jay Kesler, Vice-President ofPersonnel for Youth for Christ International, challenged the hearts of these senior highs and college-agers.
