Many former SEMO queens returned for a recrowning ceremony Friday evening. Special tribute was paid to Miss Helen Bedford, former Art Dept. head, for her years of pep club sponsoring. After that remember when session, the formal Centennial reception was held in Memorial Ballroom. SEMO's birthday cake remained a centerpiece throughout the evening but became dessert at the alumni luncheon Saturday. Several hundred alumni added the All-Society Get-Together to their celebrating Friday. Two included in that gathering were Miss Hattie Eicholtz, past Alumni Secretary, and Flay Vogel, outgoing Alumni President. Sounds of the past were matched by sounds of the present at the Arena Building where students gathered for the dance and coronation. r Ce te
