This Is 0u1'S01j1 . .. The hallowed halls ot Southeast . . . not ivy covered, there hasn't been time tor ivy to grow . . our home away from home where our parents happily sent us each day . . except Saturday when we slept . . we tramped in mud and once in awhile snow , . talked and ran to lunch when the tearhers weren't looking . , . and found out that some of our teachers knew almost as much as we did . . we complained when we were bored, when we thought this would never end , . but as we get closer to the end and are about to be tossed to the cold cruel world . . our tearhers seem human, very human . , . and maybe they were right , , . to ourselves it beains to look that way . A , but Southeast will live for us, not as brick and steel but as a retuae that tried, many times in spite of ourselves, to show that lite was good and that we were steooina out on the threshold ot a new world , . from these hallowed halls. . . This is how we looked when this story beaan, ROW l, Steddum, Carter, Campbell, Smith, Hood, Souls, Hart, Rea, McDonald, ROW 2: Bartlett, Perry, Waters, Stallard, Carter, Friday, Worst, Williams, Johnson, Pangburn, Cott' man ROW 3: Mr. Kina, McArthur, Trull, Moore, Robert- son, Barton, Kilmer, Fulton, Stout Setting
