V . ins. l :Pr A . i f Vu. af 'fe' The old saying, The way to a man's heart is through his stomach, will never sway, these young chefs, who'll be sharp critics of the females who occupy their kitchens. The Griddle Club, composed of twenty-one boys in Mrs. Windes' third hour class, mastered the fundamentals of cooking, with special atten- tion given to table manners. A complete, well balanced meal was prepared and served by each of the four kitchen groups. The boys turned in vitamin charts that each had made. ., ,qw l , , -Ye assi' 43 K . A ,.. .j 'nn . W-1-q s e is X mf-v Not being able to resist a peak at the golden brown muffins concocted by this kitchen crew are Bobby Stevens, Harold Ames, secretary, Jimmy Flynn, Carl Hetherington and Mack Swearengin. Doing dishes is no picnic-but bearing up nobly under their unglamorous assignment are Lonnie Dean, jimmy Pritchett, reporter, and James Fulton. Mrs. Windes demonstrates the handiness of the mixer to David Smith, Chester Fanshire, Dale Brad- ley and Jay Campbell.
