22 1 I Teachers Pushed and Pursued Knowledge. With the addition of 16 new mem¬ bers, the Southeast faculty grew 12% over last year’s. These new teachers were perplexed at first by the strange faces, names and routines. However, they soon adjusted to life and work in their new teaching environment. Held after school had begun, the Faculty Reception played a major role in the rapid adjustment of the new in¬ structors. Old and new teachers alike shared the early semester problem of learning pupils’ names.
